Individual Therapy

A private, structured dialogue between a client and a licensed therapist : To help clients understand themselves, manage emotional distress, and make meaningful changes. Typically 45–60 minute sessions, weekly or biweekly, tailored to the client’s pace and needs.

Couples & MarriageTherapy

Addiction Recovery Services
